Where do you source your products from?
Our product range is sourced from the market leaders in the field of general wellbeing and sexual enhancement and performance. The products we sell are all very carefully selected and mainly based on natural herbal formulas.

Do I require a prescription?
The consumable products sold on this site are predominantly herbal based, natural products that can be taken without need for prescription. If, however you have or suspect you have a medical condition you should in the first instance consult your own doctor.

Do you sell from stock?
Yes, every item listed on this site is sold from stock. If we sell out we usually have items replenished within 2 days.

What posting method do you use?
We use Royal Mail for despatch on all orders. Depending on value and security some orders are sent Recorded delivery which will require a signature.
If you happen to be out when the postman calls don't worry he will leave you a card so that you can either re arrange delivery or collect it yourself.

What is the postage cost?
To keep things simple we operate a flat rate handling fee of £2.99 on all orders regardless of value and quantity. This cost covers postage, packaging and labour for getting items delivered.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Place your order by 3pm Monday to Friday for same day despatch (except public holidays)
First Class Recorded Delivery takes between 1 and 3 days to arrive
Special Delivery guarantees your order to arrive by 12 noon latest on the next day

Will anyone know what's inside my delivery?
Your privacy and peace of mind is very important that's why every order is packaged in such a way to guarantee total discretion and security.
Orders are despatched in plain, padded, well secured mailing bags. The only outside marking is your address label which also shows our return address. Our return address is shown as Black Cat Marketing Ltd and not www.herbalsexanhealth.co.uk, there will be no way of knowing who has sent you a parcel and what the parcel contains.

I live outside the UK, will you deliver?
Sorry but at this stage we do not accept orders other than from Great Britain. If our policy changes we will note it on our website and inform you by email.

What happens if my goods don't arrive?
Orders sent Recorded Mail have to be signed for so is perfectly traceable.
If using the Recorded Mail service your order should arrive within 3 days.
We ask you to allow 7 working days before notifying us of a non arrival to allow for exceptional circumstances and unforeseen postal delays. If after 7 working days your order has still not arrived please contact us.

How do I return unwanted or damaged items?
We only sell brand new, hygienically sealed products professionally packed and despatched. Every order should arrive to you in good condition and not damaged in any way.
Unwanted Returns:
You have the right to return ANY unopened product in it's original condition and packaging at your expense within 30 days for a full refund. Our original handling costs of £2.99 will be deducted from the refund. Please enclose a short note of explanation and giving your name and full postal address
Damages
If you received your order in a damaged condition please return it, along with a short note of explanation within 7 days for a same product exchange. We will reimburse the cost of the return postage costs.

I've changed my mind and no longer want the order!
If you notify us before the order has been despatched we will simply cancel the order and refund you.
If your order has already been despatched you may return it to us at your own expense and in you will be refunded within 30 days and be notified by email or post.

How do i browse for products?
We have grouped our products in easy to see categories shown on the left navigation bar. Your shopping trip can be as quick or as long and relaxed as you want it to be. We have divided the Male and Female products from each other so you can target your shopping to exactly where you want it to be without scrolling down endless pages of items that do not interest you
All products that can apply to both sexes are nicely grouped in clear category headings.
Choose the category that interests you by clicking links in navigation bar on the left hand side of your screen. Information and general site page links run along the top and bottom of every page. Also we have image links on the right hand side for our main product categories. Click on the item picture for a larger image, more information and cost.
When you find a product you want to buy click on . A pop up box will appear on screen confirming your choice. This item will now show in your shopping basket on the right of your screen and you can either continue shopping or go straight to check out. The cost of multi items is automatically calculated and shown in your basket

How do I place my order?
When you have finished shopping click the link in your basket and you will be taken to the checkout page where you can clearly see the items and the relevant prices. At this stage you can delete or amend any item if you wish to do so. If you are happy with your choice then you can now click on the button where you will be asked to give your billing and delivery address. Click again and now you will be transferred to the secure payment page where you provide your payment details.

We only prefer payments through our website. You can pay by credit or debit cards. We accept ;
If you happen to make any mistake when entering your card details you will be prompted and guided and informed of what information you need to complete. Your card details are quickly checked by our secure online payment provider and you are informed immediately if your purchase payment has been accepted or denied.
You will receive confirmation that your payment has been cleared and your order is going to be despatched by email to the email address you have given us at the time of purchase.
All your personal details including card details and any other information you give us are kept securely and are not shared with any third party under any circumstances.
